I had a run flat tire leaking air and needed it repaired, if possible. I called numerous tire stores. Many were closed or would not repair a run flat tire. So, I called Mr. Tire in Asheville, NC. Phoenix, the manager, set up an appointment that afternoon at 1:00. I arrived at 1:00 and Phoenix greeted me and got my car in the shop right away, had the tire inspected, patched, balanced and installed on my car within an hour. Phoenix was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided great customer service.

We sent a vehicle we recently aquired here for a routine tire change. My senior sales associate, who happens to be female, handled the business with this company. for the repair of a single tire they quoted her a $350 bill. the price seemed highly unreasonable to me, and once they were on the phone with a male they immediately reduce the price to $250.00. however afterwards they failed to complete the repair in a timely fashion and after a day and a half i visted them on my lunch break only to find they had done absolutely nothing to my vehicle. I had no choice but to have the vehicle towed to another mechanic who can actually complete a work order on a reasonable time frame. Dilont waste your time and money like i did.

We were on vacation in an unfamiliar town with a ruined tire. The store we stopped at was clean, friendly, staffed by knowledgeable people, and very helpful. The replacement tire was quality, priced right, and installed quickly and correctly. The service was top notch

Had a large object in my tire with 5lbs of air pressure. Drove straight to the shop, tires were replaced along with an alignment at a fair price. Customer service was excellent. I will not hesitate to return!

I met Joey as I entered the building and was greeted with the most friendly and genuine smile. I was given my online discount and was very impressed with the total amount of money that was spent on Four tires. I waited about an hour or less and was checked out by Phoenix and was on my way. I will definitely be back for all of my automotive needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone on a budget or if you are looking for what seem to be good honest people. #mrtireisthebest
